No. Referral partners bring deals, while implementation is run by us and our government channel. Technology partners build integrations and agents; OEM partners deploy under their own brand.
Directly with DG Group, on our standard pricing and terms. A referral partner does not resell or insert a middleman into the relationship — they refer the customer and earn a one-time commission. The referral (agency) agreement itself is signed once between the partner and DG Group.
Minimal: sign the referral agreement and register the lead before our first contact. No certification, technical expertise or minimum volume is required — companies and sole proprietors both qualify. These are usually one-off deals: bring a customer, earn a commission once.
Yes. A company, sole proprietor, self-employed person or private individual can all become partners — eligibility is the same. Only the payout mechanics differ: sole proprietors and self-employed are paid against an invoice with taxes on their side; for a private individual without status, tax is withheld at source. For regular payouts it’s simpler to register as a sole proprietor.
Fill in the application and accept the public offer (referral agreement) online. We confirm your email — that confirmation is your acceptance — and your partner portal with deal registration opens. The referral track needs no manual approval.
You register the deal before our first contact with the customer. If they aren’t already in our pipeline, the deal is secured to you for 120 days (extended while it’s actively worked). Win it within that window and the commission is yours. If two partners claim the same customer, the first to register wins.
The minimum to check and secure it: company name and tax ID, country and city, a contact person (name, role, email or phone) and the product of interest. Optionally — size (number of users or budget) and the task at hand.
Yes. A registered deal is secured to you (deal registration), and we don’t compete with you on it.
The public sector goes through our separate government channel (with state integrators) on individual terms. If you have government contacts, note it in your application.
